Advance Money

We charge an advance of Rs 40,000 per person at the time of booking the spot. If your Visa is issued, this money is adjusted against the final price of the trip.

However, if your visa is approved and you back out of the trip for any reason, the advance money is forfeited to the extent of INR 20000.

In the case your Visa is rejected, an amount of INR 20000 is deducted and the balance is returned to you. 

Visa Fees - This is not included in the package.

Once you book your spot and make the advance payment, we will prepare for the Visa application. We will try our best to complete the documentation and leave no loopholes, which may result in rejection. However, we cannot predict the result. Visa authorities can cancel your application for any specific reason that they deem fit.

We don’t charge for helping in preparing Visa documentation.

But you bear the risk of the Visa fees that is involved.

If the Visa is rejected, All the advance money you paid will be refunded after deducting a charge of INR 20000. We won’t refund the visa expenses because we did not take that money.

If the Visa is issued, you are ready to fly and the advance money will be adjusted against the final price.

Limited Luggage

We will rent a 9 seater minivan. There will be 7 people in total including us. 

There is going to be limited space for luggage. We will have to adjust and carry limited luggage for the sake of our comfort and convenience. The other option is to reduce the number of travellers but that will increase the average price per person.

We suggest one medium sized suitcase and a cabin luggage. 

Child Policy

Children under 18 years old and under 135cm tall must travel in a UN R44/R129 approved child restraint in the back seat of a car only.


This is equivalent to booking a spot in the car. All charges will be as per normal passengers plus the charge for hire of the child restraint. (Very Nominal). 


However, if there is any savings in Flight and Hotel Booking expenses, the savings will be returned back to you. You don't have to worry.

Room Sharing Policy

Sharing Of Rooms On Twin Basis - 

Each room will be booked for two people. The quotation is based on a twin sharing basis.

However, if the hotel has no objection and/or provides an extra bed, and travellers or groups want to stay in a triple sharing basis, we can go ahead with that. Any savings in cost will be refunded back to those compromising. If you are willing to adjust to save some bucks, we are happy to share the savings with you. 

Sharing of Rooms With Opposite Sex - 

If any person is not willing to share the room with the opposite sex, ‘and we are unable to find you a room partner of the same sex’, then such person must pay the extra charges required to book a single room for one person.

Driving Policy

The rental agreement for the car will be registered in the name of the founder of this travel company, who will be driving the vehicle. We have the required documents (driving permit) and nobody without an International Permit is allowed to drive. Incase you wish to drive the vehicle , please reach out to us and we will guide you through the process and the waiver. 

Travel Health Insurance

There are few companies who claim that they have a Cashless Facility in case of medical hospitalisation or expenses. ICICI Lombard Travel Insurance, Care Health Insurance are amongst the few. We spoke to the representatives of these two companies.We will go ahead and choose the best one in our opinion. 

Damage To The Car

We will be driving cautiously with full responsibility. There is not going to be any rash driving or under the influence of alcohol, or driving in risky conditions which can put the lives of everyone in danger. However, if there are minor scratches, dents or even a major damage to the car, you will have no personal liability. We will be having insurance. Whether it is ‘pay and claim’ or ‘cashless’, you are not to be bothered, we bear full responsibility.

Changes In The Itinerary

The price quoted is on the basis of the basic itinerary designed by us. We will have  discussions with all the travellers and we finalise the Itinerary based on their suggestions. Any extra cost or savings due to changes to the basic itinerary will increase or decrease the price of the tour package respectively.

We will be sticking to the finalised itinerary and booking our accommodation accordingly.

Different People Wanting Different Things

There might be a situation where different people could want different things and want to go to different places in the same city/place. It is nearly impossible to please everyone travelling with us. We follow the policy of mutual agreement. Yes, you have rented the car which is at your disposal for all your convenience. But other people have paid for it too and we will respect that. The car can be used as per everyone’s wishes, but they all must agree to a plan of action which must be feasible.

If there is no mutual agreement between all the travellers, we take control and do what we seem is appropriate according to the circumstances.

Whether before or during the trip, If people fail to come to a mutual agreement and have different opinions or want different things, and they want to withdraw from the trip and ask for a refund, there is not going to be any. As per our refund policy, there is no refund in case of cancellations for any reason.

Medical Emergency – Plan Of Action

In case there is a medical emergency during the trip, we will make sure the person gets medical attention as quickly as possible. We will not abandon anybody and continue with the trip ahead. When you travel with us, it is our responsibility to make sure you are safe. We might have to bear some losses, and we will. 


Any extra costs incurred for other travellers due to a medical emergency will be equally borne between all travellers and us as well.

Personal Liability In Case Of Medical Emergency

Please note – You are recommended to carry some backup money in your card and bank accounts. If something wrong happens and the insurance provider leaves you hanging with the cashless facility and tells you to pay and claim, you will have to pay the medical bills and later claim them on their website. 


We have choose one of the best service providers in India. 


But we must be prepared and take our precautions. Life is unpredictable.

Refund policy

Please read the cancellation & refund policy here. 

In the case of ‘Advance money’ if your visa has been rejected. You have to show the proof of Visa rejection (letter from the embassy) to claim the refund.

Flight Delay / Cancellations  (Highly Unlikely)

If the flight is cancelled for any reason, they might re-issue a ticket or give a refund. We will refund any amount received from the airline. However, any extra charges to go ahead with the trip (New tickets/Hotel bookings wasted and not refunded by the hotel, etc) will be borne equally between all the travellers).

In case of flight delay, any extra cost incurred by us for new hotel and car bookings/ reservations or anything else, will be borne equally between all the travellers. Any refund from the airline for the delay caused will be refunded back to everybody equally.

This is highly unlikely because a minor delay will not put us off the schedule and major delays happen very rare.

Breakfast Disclaimer

The trips also take you to unconventional and offbeat places for quality experiences. There might be very few accommodation options in these places especially in peak seasons. There can be a situation where there are no accommodations providing decent breakfast in our mid-range budget.  

However, we will try our best to book places with decent breakfast options. Our focus is on convenient travelling and we do not want you to look for food the first thing in the morning. In most places we go, breakfast won’t be an issue.

Incase it is not avaliable, we will take you to a place where you can have decent breakfast as part of the package. 

We respect and value your faith in us and we will be doing everything we can to deliver expectations.

Increase In Cost/Change in Itinerary Due To Unforeseen Circumstances

We will prebook decent hotels especially in the peak seasons when they max out fast. Pre booking takes away the stress and we can enjoy the trip without bothering about the roof for the night. Most hotels do not provide a free cancellation option.

In case of unforeseen circumstances which throws us off schedule (For example - extreme weather events, etc) and we have to look for another place for the night, the extra charges incurred for arranging accommodation is to be borne by all the travellers (including us) equally.

Any refund from the hotel(s) on cancellation of the reservation will be refunded back to everyone.

There can be a situation where we have to skip a place or make other changes in the Itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes might be necessary to stay safe or to complete the remainder of the trip in the best possible manner. Any extra cost/savings will be charged/ refunded to all the travellers.

Failure To Pay As Per The Payment Schedule

You are expected to clear all payments as per the payment schedule attached with this file. Failure to adhere to this schedule gives us the right to terminate your tour with us and forfeit all the money paid so far. So, we humbly request to clear all dues in time.

The Battle Of The Washroom

Standard Airbnb’s or Service Apartments have either one or two washrooms in the property. It is expected that you realise that there are others who are waiting in the queue to use the restroom and hence you try to finish your things in reasonable time. If it takes you more than usual time in the washroom , we advise you to wake up early when it is free.

The Latecomers

There is a common problem where few people are ready in time to leave and few are not. We cannot start late everyday because of them. It is not fair to the ones who are punctual and also we miss valuable time that we could have spent productively.

We will have a rule. We will communicate the time we have to leave on the previous day so that everybody is aware. There will be a 30 min grace to that time. We will leave after the grace period ends. People who are late beyond that will have to join the group on their own.

Disrespectful/Inappropriate Behaviour

There will be minor fights, arguments, difference of opinions between the travellers on the trip. It is a part and parcel of any group trip. Everything is valid unless you get utterly disrespectful towards your co-travellers or the trip manager. No disrespect and inappropriate behaviour (whether sexual or not) will be tolerated. If things are beyond control, we will have the right to terminate your trip with us. We will have the discretion to judge this situation and everybody’s opinion will be taken into consideration without bias. We hope such a situation never arises.

Sharing Of Food/Groceries

We expect you to be respectful towards the co-travellers and do not consume their food/groceries without their consent.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip starts.

Cancellations Upto 1 Month Before the Trip Starts

At the time of the cancellation, 50% of the amount paid to date, as per the payment schedule will be refunded and the rest will be forfeited.

Cancellations in the Last 30 Days Before the Trip Starts

At the time of the cancellation, 25% of the amount paid to date, as per the payment schedule will be refunded and the rest will be forfeited.

Refunds When You Cancel Upto 1 Month Before the Trip Starts

At the time of the cancellation, 50% of the amount paid to date, as per the payment schedule will be refunded and the rest will be forfeited.

Exclusions

List of What’s Not Covered In Our Quotation :

  • Airfare
  • Dinner, or anything you eat outside anywhere.
  • Visa fees (You have to pay it on your own) (Please read terms and conditions)
  • Any activities designed for tourists which you do. (Tourist Attractions and Point of Interests)
  • Any travel cost where the cars can’t reach or it is not feasible to take the car and there are alternative trains/buses/cable cars.
    Some people might want to take the cable car/ train/bus to explore some might not. To keep it transparent, You pay when you travel. We will be there to guide you but don’t want to charge you for this since this cost is subjective and will be difficult for us to fix a price on this.
  • Anything else which is not specifically mentioned In the “Inclusions”.
