Visa - We will share a list of documents that we need from your end. We add those documents with a few other documents necessary for the visa approval and submit them in proper order. We will guide you and talk about the precautions to be taken to avoid your application being rejected. Taddaaaa. Visa approved in a few days and you are ready to fly.
Flight Tickets - We will choose the most economical and convenient flight route after discussions. You can go ahead and book the flight yourself or we can do it for you.
Itinerary - We will do our research and prepare a detailed basic itinerary based on the countries we will be visiting. We will share it with everyone travelling. Exchange of thoughts, opinions and suggestions will help us to make any changes in the basic itinerary. After discussions over the quality of experience and feasibility of the plan, we will prepare a final itinerary approved by everyone.
Hotel Reservations – We will book standard hotels or AirBNB’s of decent quality.. We will choose accommodations offering breakfast so that it is convenient and we don’t have to look for food the moment we wake up. No point spending much on accommodation when you will be staying most of your time on roads or exploring new places.
Travel Insurance – There are a few service providers in India who have a Cashless Medical facility. If anything unexpected happens, We will make sure we have the best Travel Insurance to cover for everything.
Car Rental/ Deposits/ Refunds – We will select the most appropriate vehicle depending on the number of people travelling and the conditions in which we will be driving. We will have snow chains/winter tyres on board if we plan to visit snowy areas.
Car Insurance – We will take care of this and you don’t have to worry in case anything unexpected happens to the car. Even if the car is a little damaged or there are scratches, you are not liable to pay anything.
Damage to the Car – Any damage is to the car will be covered by rental insurance and nobody can claim any damages from you.
International Driving Permit (IDP) - The person driving the vehicle will have the International Driving Permit required to drive in the countries we will be visiting.
Travelling across Locations– You won’t have to worry about travelling across locations. since you are going on a road trip in a rented car. We take our car where we want to go.
Tolls/Parking - The cost of tolls and parking is covered in the package.
List of Point Of Attractions – We will research and make a list of all the point of attractions in the area we are visiting. For Examples – Hiking Trails, Snowshoeing Trails, Cable Cars, Scenic Trains, Popular Landscapes, Waterfalls. Restaurants, Night Clubs, Casino’s, Malls and all the other fun activities designed specifically for tourists. No time wastage. No stress. We will make the most out of our time.
No Luggage stress - Convenient travelling because of the luggage advantage in a rented car. Those heavy bags cause a lot of stress. We have the luxury to keep the bags in the car, safe and secure, explore all day and check-in in the evening.
