Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip starts.
Cancellations Upto 1 Month Before the Trip Starts
At the time of the cancellation, 50% of the amount paid to date, as per the payment schedule will be refunded and the rest will be forfeited.
Cancellations in the Last 30 Days Before the Trip Starts
At the time of the cancellation, 25% of the amount paid to date, as per the payment schedule will be refunded and the rest will be forfeited.

REFUND OF ADVANCE MONEY INCASE YOUR VISA IS REJECTED
In the situation where your visa has been rejected, the advance money you paid will be refunded after deducting a charge of INR 20000.
INCASE OF OUR INABILITY TO CONDUCT THE TOUR
In the extremely unlikely situation, where we are not able to conduct the tour due to our shortcomings, we will refund whatever amount we have taken from you up to date.
When Will I receive my refund?
After the refund is initiated, it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your original mode of payment.
